In case you haven’t seen enough of shirtless Chris Hemsworth in your lifetime (#thelimitdoesnotexist), today the famously ripped Marvel actor posted a brand-new workout to his Instagram. Weights get lifted and thrown around, there’s running and sweat and lots of panting involved, and all of it with nary a shirt in sight.
But he’s not all brawn, ladies and gentlemen. Chris accompanied the workout with a cheeky caption basically calling out everyone on their thirst and fully embracing his responsibility to provide this necessary content. “It was so hot my shirt literally burst into flames,” he wrote. “Luckily I was wearing my favourite pair of fire retardant shorts.” We see and appreciate the level of attractiveness, fitness inspiration, and humor on display here.
As for the workout, Chris is known for his somewhat mind-boggling moves; he curates his own fitness and health program, Centr, so he knows what he’s doing. This workout is no exception. We’ve got some bent-over rows (done in a squat position, because why not make it THAT much harder), a farmer’s carry, and a bicep curl to overhead press, and it all ends with a sprint and a subtle fist pump.
“Give this circuit a go, six times through,” he wrote in the caption, to which we replied, “No, thank you, but how about you do it again and we’ll watch?”
