Selena Gomez is giving us a glimpse into her at-home workout routine. On Tuesday, the Only Murders in the Building actress posted a TikTok sharing what bits and pieces of her exercise regimen look like these days. “Feeling great . . . but also 😅,” she captioned the video clip.
Gomez appears to be training with a pal — aren’t workouts better when they’re with friends? With the help of Gomez’s longtime trainer, Amy Rosoff Davis, the group completed full-body movements like sumo squats, overhead punches with dumbbells, donkey kicks, and leg raises with ankle weights. Now, if we could only figure out their pump-up playlist!
We spotted Gomez doing weighted sit-ups in the video, but back in 2018, Davis gave POPSUGAR a little insight into what moves she likes to use with Gomez, including her go-to ab move. “You can’t go wrong with a plank,” Davis said. “There are so many different plank moves — mountain climbers, pikes, single-leg, elbows to hands . . . there are tons of variations!” Plus, they’re not only challenging for your core. “If you get your form right, they work the entire body,” she said.
