Weights get lifted and thrown around, there&#8217;s running and sweat and lots of panting involved, and all of it with nary a shirt in sight.<\/p>\n<p>But he&#8217;s not all brawn, ladies and gentlemen. Chris accompanied the workout with a cheeky caption basically calling out everyone on their thirst and fully embracing his responsibility to provide this necessary content. &#8220;It was so hot my shirt literally burst into flames,&#8221; he wrote. &#8220;Luckily I was wearing my favourite pair of fire retardant shorts.&#8221; We see and appreciate the level of attractiveness, fitness inspiration, <em>and<\/em> humor on display here.<\/p>\n<p>As for the workout, Chris is known for his somewhat mind-boggling moves; he curates his own fitness and health program, Centr, so he knows what he&#8217;s doing. This workout is no exception.
